Lesson Description

In this lesson, you will be answering the following question: How sensitive to salt are pepper plants? You will test this idea. How will you do this?

You will see, in the experiment, that four pepper plants will receive different amounts of salt in their pots: 0 grams, 3 grams, 6 grams, and 12 grams. Your job will be to observe them for many hours to see what happens. Fortunately for you, the time will be sped up so that you can see the effect of salt in just a few seconds.
